I have been working with video production since 2010 after finishing a High School course in Multimedia, working with projects like Guimarães Capital Europeia da Cultura 2012 and companies like Hush Puppies.
While working as a freelance I also graduated in Cinema and Audiovisual at the University ESAP in Porto.
After 5 years as a Freelance, I worked in Madrid for 2 years as an On-Air/Off-Air Auto-Promotion Video Editor at the television channel AXN, a Sony Pictures company, working mainly for AXN Black (Portugal) and AXN White (Portugal and Spain).
Given all the knowledge I acquired at AXN, I decided to return to Porto to work again as a freelancer and have been working ever since with all types of companies delivering a wide variety of products, doing these works remotely or in person.
From early 2021 to mid 2022 I started working with an E-Commerce agency for Sugatan. I started working as a video editor for about 6 months, and 1 year as a Creative Strategist having worked with clients such as MoxieLash, Gatsby Shoes & Arbor Mens.
From mid-2022 up until today, I'm working as a
Creative Manager for the agency Alpha Inbound.
My job consists of doing Creative Strategy by creating briefs for both Video and Static ads, making sure the ads go live with the best quality.
I study daily the metrics from tested ads to guarantee that the work we're doing is being done correctly and not blindly searching for a "winner" ad.
Whenever necessary I hop in as a video editor to ensure that we're not running into any bottle necks and because I still enjoy doing video editing from time to time.
